Thank you for using Ashta ExpressMart (“We”, “ExpressMart”, “Us”, “Our”). Ashta ExpressMart operates as a hyperlocal multi-vendor grocery e-commerce marketplace for Ashta, Madhya Pradesh.
The terms and conditions / terms of use ("Terms") governing the ExpressMart Platform and the Services follow below.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms are intended to make you aware of your legal rights and responsibilities with respect to your access to and use of the ExpressMart website, mobile applications, and services. By accessing the ExpressMart Platform and/or undertaking any sale-purchase transaction, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Services Overview
ExpressMart Platform is a marketplace for consumers to transact with local sellers offering products/services in Ashta, Madhya Pradesh. Products may be listed by third-party local merchants ("Third Party Sellers"). ExpressMart facilitates delivery within 10 minutes across serviceable zones in Ashta.
Eligibility & Age Restrictions (Tobacco & 18+ Products)
The user agrees and undertakes that:
- He/she is at least eighteen (18) years of age or above.
- He/she lives outside the radius of hundred (100) yards from an educational institution.
- User will not use the ExpressMart Platform to purchase “cigarettes” and other “tobacco products” as defined under the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 if he/she is below the age of 18 years or within 100 yards of an educational institution.
- In case it is found that user has made a false declaration and/or misrepresented age, ExpressMart reserves the right to take appropriate legal action and block the account immediately.
Account & Registration Obligations
All users must register and log in via Phone OTP authentication to place orders. You must keep your account details accurate for communication regarding your orders in Ashta.
Delivery Partners & Service Radius
We facilitate 10-minute delivery of orders placed on ExpressMart through independent delivery partner contractors on a principal-to-principal basis. Serviceability is limited to a 3.0 km radius limit within Ashta, MP.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
Products once delivered are non-returnable save and except if damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery. Approved refunds for online payments or Cash on Delivery will be processed in accordance with local consumer protection guidelines within 7 working days.
